1. Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

--We will participate in foreign exhibitions. 2025 is scheduled to go to: Brazil, Poland, Dubai, Saudi Arabia.

2. Which certificate do you have for your equipment?

BSCI, MSDS, CE, EN71 and TUV.

3. How many staffs do you have in your factory?

We have more than 100 staffs in our factory.

4. Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in No.117, Hubing Road, Guanhaiwei, Cixi, Zhejiang, 315315,China.

5. Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?

We have a detailed brochure.

6. If OEM is acceptable?

We provide one-stop service. We can customize product logos, packaging, colours, etc. according to your needs.

7. Do you provide sample? Free or charge?

Free samples are available. But customers need to pay the shipping cost by themselves.

8. What is your term of payment?

We need to collect 30% of the purchase price after the order is placed. Product video and photos will be taken after the order is completed. Payment of 70% of the purchase price will be made after the product is confirmed to be OK.

9. What is your MOQ?

10. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are manufacturers. Stationery production factory.

11. How long is your delivery time?

Usually about 20 days. Depends on whether the product is customized for other needs.

12. How many production lines in your factory?

Our factory has more than 20 production lines.
